Reading should be one of life’s pleasures rather than an exercise in drudgery and in order to make reading enjoyable the school library sets out to buy a broad range of books catering to the interests of all our students.

Reading is very much a matter of taste and the book one person loves with all their heart is not necessarily appreciated by their friends, neighbours and immediate family members. As we go through life our interests and tastes change and so too does the type of book that we wish to read. Through books we encounter humorous escapades, fantastical worlds, real life adventures, experiences of war, strategies for dealing with vampire attacks,  examples of heartbreak and family tragedy and what it is like to fall in love.

Make your way down to the school library and be assured that if you look you hard enough will find a book that sparks and holds your interest.
